Yummy white (soon to be grubby grey)

I bought a macbook today - for ap16 obviously -iPhone development.
I listened to a presentation the other week where the speaker was 'so' iPhones are right everyone else is wrong that he immediately made me think - "what a ..." BUT by the time he had finished he made a lot of sense,
He actually came about to my own opinion that that IF you could plug an iPhone into a big screen a mouse and a keyboard then 90% of the computing requirements for 90% of home users would be met by that single device.
Ideas like the OQO are getting there but i think that the uptake of the iPhone will probably win the battle by stealth.

Terry Prachett - Guards Guards
Posted by Matthew Clements | Filed under Reading List
I can't believe that I first read this book nearly 20 years ago! Where did the time go.
As Pratchett introduces Carrot and Vimes, the world he paints could be just around the corner, well a corner, somewhere anyway!
If you like a book to be fun, tongue-in-cheek, close enough to reality to make you think it might just be that then have a read of any Pratchett book - but start at the beginning (of the series) it'll make (a bit) more sense that way.

Getting there - 22 out of 25 for skeet
Posted by Matthew Clements | Filed under Clay Shooting
Yes a minor triumph today!
With my new skeet choke (skeet+1/4) i did my first ever 20+ round - 22 in fact. I'm quire chuffed - can you tell?
If my DTL hadn't let me down then i might have hit a 66% average, i'll have to settle for 60% (45/75) still - shows i'm getting better.
Officially a C class now (having been unclassified before) aiming for b class in 6 months :) maybe (maybe not)...
